The Sino-Thai Railway Project is the strategic cooperation project jointly developed and promoted by the two governments, aiming to achieve interoperability between the two countries through the railway. The total length of the railway is 873 km, and its expected cost is $12 billion. Once it is operational, the railway will be connected to the Sino-Laos railway.
