M 3.0 Mobile batching plant - quickly assembled and ready for operation

The M 3.0 Stetter batching plant is the model for the fast and high-volume requirements of ready-mixed concrete from mobile plants. The highlight lies in the pre-assembled components and the Plug & Play system. The plant is variable in its composition and with the DW 3.0 twin-shaft mixer guarantees a concrete output of up to 120 m³ fresh concrete per hour.

Mobile batching plants are often used in construction projects where, due to the location of the jobsite and the required quantity of concrete, reliable and economical concrete supply via a stationary batching plant is not possible, e.g. in the construction of tunnels or other infrastructure projects.

With the experience of several thousand mobile batching plants delivered worldwide, Stetter GmbH has extended its portfolio by a M 3.0 mobile batching plant with a DW 3.0 twin-shaft mixer. The M 3.0 basic plant is built on a mobile steel frame, which carries the folding upper part with the twin-shaft mixer and the weighing platform mounted above it. The control cabinet and feeder are also mounted directly on the steel frame. For the transport, the mobile plant cladding (option) is removed and the upper part is folded down onto the steel frame to form a compact unit. The batching plant is completely pre-assembled and tested at the factory and is therefore ready for immediate use. The control cabinet is also pre-installed,to be able to put the plant into operation via Plug & Play with the appropriate pre-cabling. As an option, there is also a portal version for three-sided underpassing. The plant is delivered to the jobsite on a flat bed truck. A surface pressure of only 250 kN/m² is required for the batching plant, the binding agent silos and the in-line bins.

Binding agent silos

The M 3.0 mobile batching plant can be equipped with up to 5 binder silos, which are distinguished by their identical construction and can therefore be exchanged with each other. The screw, ladder and silo components are already completely pre-assembled on each binder silo. This simplifies the transport and accelerates the assembly of the silos and the connection of the screws to the mixing tower. The silos are electrically and pneumatically connected to the batching plant via Plug & Play connectors, so that the cabling is completed within a very short time. The silos are set up on mobile individual foundations. The arrangement of the silos in relation to the batching plant can be designed extremely flexibly and enables optimum use of the available floor space.

In-line silo

The in-line silo with its integrated mobile foundation is also completely pre-assembled and ready for immediate use. The boxes in standard, fully galvanised design have a volume of 45 m³ with a chamber width of 3.50 m each. The weigher belt is integrated in the in-line silo steel construction. The slope for filling the in-line silos with a wheel loader can be poured directly onto the outer wall of the in-line silo.
