SCHWING-Stetter introduces the new S 56 SXF truck-mounted concrete pump, the significantly lighter and modern alternative to the tried and tested S 55 SX, which is thus going into well-earned retirement.

USPs:

  • Freedom in the choice of chassis and engine

  • Large delivery line DN 125, less wear

  • Small outrigger width due to modern curved outriggers

  • SXF = Foldable support -> no restriction in the choice of pump battery and no complex conversion of the chassis necessary

  • Flexible on 4 ,5 or 6 axles possible

Herne. Where large pumping volumes have to be pumped over long periods of time, high-quality and robust machine technology is required. These are exactly the characteristics of the new truck-mounted concrete pump from German quality manufacturer SCHWING. High pumping capacity at low engine speed and the well-known robustness of the ROCK concrete valve offer low operating and maintenance costs with a long service life. Due to the low space requirement when supporting the truck-mounted concrete pump and the very short set-up time, the new S 56 SXF is an ideal working machine for demanding and tightly scheduled large construction sites. The S 56 SXF shows its strengths particularly where large quantities of concrete have to be pumped constantly over long periods of time. The truck-mounted concrete pump has a reach height of 55.2 m, a delivery rate of 162 m3/h and a maximum delivery pressure of 85 bar.

Boom

The 5-section boom of the S 56 SXF with roll-folding enables an extremely short set-up time due to its kinematics and thus offers maximum flexibility for every construction site.

Pump battery

Schwing's curved SXF support allows the use of a P2525 long-stroke pump battery with 2.50 m long delivery cylinders. The advantages: even smoother running during operation and a significantly reduced number of strokes.

Open hydraulic system

Converting engine power into pumping power efficiently and with low losses: this is where the S 56 SXF excels with its open hydraulic system. In this way, the usual delivery rates can be achieved with a fuel-saving engine speed of just over 1,000 rpm.

SXF support

The S 56 SXF does not need a multiple telescopic support. The SXF support developed by SCHWING combines the proven, one-piece SX support with a folding support leg. The advantages over multiple telescopic supports: reduced maintenance, increased stability and more quietness when pumping. The protected piston rod provides optimum protection against damage.

Concrete valve

The low wear of the Rock concrete valve and its optimal geometry for low-friction concrete flow ensure low service and operating costs as well as a long service life. And thanks to its excellent cleanability, the S 56 SXF is quickly ready for the next job.

Supply control

The water tank can be filled and emptied and the water pump, agitator, spray hose, high-pressure cleaner and compressor can be controlled via the uniform supply control. The standard on all Schwing truck-mounted concrete pumps for greater clarity and ease of operation.

Radio remote control SC 30 or SC 50

Thanks to the ergonomic design and low weight of the SC 30, even longer jobs can be mastered with little fatigue and concentration. The powerful batteries guarantee an operating time of at least 8 hours. Optionally, the new SC 50 with colour display.

Vector control

The operator can call up the machine data, operating states and selected settings of the S 56 SXF and change various parameters via the intuitive Vector control. The integrated diagnostic system ensures safe operation and alerts the operator to maintenance intervals.
