At the Agritechnica 2013 trade fair MANN+HUMMEL will present the smallest air cleaner of the IQORON-V series with a nominal flow rate of 4.5 m3/min. The air cleaner can be fitted with a dust discharge valve or operated with scavenging to increase performance. The complete IQORON-V series is designed for applications with high dust levels and covers nominal flow rates from 2 to 14 m3/min. The in-line flow configuration of the IQORON-V is particularly suitable for tight installation conditions.
Speyer/Ludwigsburg, 10 November, 2013 – at the Agritechnica 2013 trade fair, MANN+HUMMEL, development partner and series supplier to the international automotive and mechanical engineering industries, will present the smallest air cleaner of the IQORON-V series with a nominal flow rate of 4.5 m³/min.
IQORON-V was developed for applications with high dust levels such as construction machines, agricultural machines and mobile compressors. The series is characterised by high performance, a low installation space requirement and easy servicing and is equipped with an efficient pre-separator with multi-cyclone block. A service switch can be integrated in the housing to monitor the filter load. The air cleaners are fitted using mounting points integrated in the housing. The series covers nominal flow rates from 2 to 14 m3/min.
Depending on the requirements for the service life, the IQORON-V is available with a dust discharge valve or scavenging to increase performance. The version with dust discharge valve achieves a pre-separation efficiency up to 90% and with scavenging up to 94%. The position of the dust discharge is flexible and the air cleaner can be fitted in a horizontal or vertical position.
IQORON-V two-stage air cleaners are easy to service. Depending on the size, access for servicing is either from the side or front.
