Maschio Academy at the starting blocks

Training is a crucial tool for personal development and for promoting an individual's sense of responsibility, leading to continue improvement, and ability to work efficiently in team and manage change. Investment in training, both managerial and technical, is a major resource that each company makes available to its employees and dealers. That’s why Maschio Gaspardo Group is proud to announce the inauguration of Maschio Academy. Maschio Academy is a classes-based campus where employees and dealers will develop the skills and the confidence to promote and service MG products in order to increase customer’s satisfaction and loyalty. Each session will thoroughly review Maschio Gaspardo’s state-of-the-art: equipment function, performance and parts, available optional, sales and service tips.

This campus is conveniently located in Campodarsego (PD), near Company Headquarters and demo fields. The 6.000 sq. ft. training center is equipped with photovoltaic panels and divided in four different thematic areas completely dedicated to our tillage, planting, spraying and hay-making product ranges. Thanks to the several demo fields surrounding the Campos, attendees will take part also to practical sessions in order to develop the skills necessary to proper set-up the equipment and provide a first efficient service right in the field.

The first “Maschio Gaspardo Service Training” took place from Feb. 8th to Feb. 11th to over 50 Italian dealers. During the 4-day classes, territory managers, parts and service technicians learnt fundamentals of service and operator training to the latest product technology. Next Maschio Academy session will be at the beginning of March and it will be focused entirely on our crop protection product range. This comprehensive class will teach the theory of operation, proper calibration and adjustment procedures, and proper maintenance procedures for Gaspardo sprayers and mist-blowers.
