Maschio Gaspardo Group presents its new organization chart

The Maschio Gaspardo Board of Directors has approved the new organization chart of the group in which the first line of managers, which will refer directly to CEO Massimo Bordi, has been defined.

Mirco Maschio, nominated President of the group on June 6, also occupies the position of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and Andrea Maschio, Member of the Board, is the Chief Technical Officer (CTO).

Giovanni Ferrari was called to cover the role of Chief Operations Officer (COO) with the responsibility to coordinate and optimize operational activities in every plant of the Maschio Gaspardo Group.

Ferrari matured 35 years of experience working for international companies which operate in the automotive and agricultural machinery field such as the French group Valeo, from 1982 to 1997, Brembo, from 1998 to 2007, Same Deutz Fahr, from 2007 to 2010 with the role of Group Industrial Director and MV Agusta, as Chief Operations Officer, from 2010 to 2015.

The first level of the new organization chart of the Maschio Gaspardo Group comprises: Mirco Maschio – President and Chief Sales Officer (CSO), Giorgio Maschio – Vice President, Massimo Bordi – Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Paolo Bettin – Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Andrea Maschio – Board Member and Chief Technical Officer (CTO), Giovanni Ferrari - Chief Operations Officer (COO).

“With the completion of the first line of the organization chart – declared Massimo Bordi, Chief Executive Officer of Maschio Gaspardo Group – we have strengthened the foundations to pursue the Group’s consolidation plan and created the right conditions for another expansion phase”.
