Maschio Gaspardo rolls out PRIMO, the new fertiliser spreader: Precise, Superior, PRIMO.

The first centrifugal fertiliser spreader equipped with independent control of distribution and rate variation

It’ll be presented at the international showcase in Paris, SIMA 2015 in Paris.

PRIMO series, the new electronic fertiliser spreader with weighing control made by Maschio Gaspardo: an innovative tool developed toensure maximum precision during distribution.

Available in 8 models, PRIMO is featured with hopper capacities from 1.270 to 3.130 liters and working widths 24 to 36 meters.

PRECISION AND UNIFORMITY

PRIMO presents many innovations:

• Independent activation/stop of distribution;

• Independent electronic rate system;

• Double-shutter opening section, to limit “dose effect” (the reduction of uniformity in distribution, due to variation of kg/min of fertilizer).

• Electronic rate control with loading cell;

The double-shutter and the electronic dosage system allow a precisefertilizer distribution on the field.

HIGH WORKING CAPACITY

The great hopper capacity (up to 3130 l as standard), easily increasable up to 3200 l by extensions, confers to PRIMO an outstanding working capacity.

LONG LASTING

We created PRIMO series with only the strongest, most durable components to ensure a long lasting precise spreader:

• Fertiliser-moving system, with spinning and rotating device;

• Stain-less spreading discs easy to replace and perfectly balanced in order to reduce vibrations;

• Thanks to the boundary spreading system you can spread with precision the desired rate even on fields heads and borders. Completely grease lubricated transmission (no maintenance);

• Heavy-duty frame: PRIMO is made in high tensile steels and multi-layer paint.

MECHANICAL model

PRIMO is also available in mechanical version, with manual rate system adjustment and hydraulic double-shutter opening section.
