Aleksandra Jastrzab: Mr. Trunzer, as a start-up company, what do you think about trade shows, do you prefer to meet your customers in person or virtually?

Michael Trunzer: Of course, we meet quite a lot of customers and potential customers online at the moment, but a trade fair like this is of course something else entirely. We have the opportunity to finally meet the people we've already met digitally in person, and the personal conversation, where you can look each other in the eye, is simply something else than the purely digital. We do a lot digitally, but in person is our favorite.

AJ: Do you think that management will be purely digital in the future?

MT: I think so at some point, but this will still take a little while. There are a lot of initiatives in many areas. Solutions like the ones we offer certainly help to become more digital, but people have to want to participate.

AJ: As a mixed fleet owner, what can I solve with ECHO PRM?

MT: Well, the customers of ECHO PRM who use our solution are first of all the manufacturers of the machines, maybe the dealers of the machines, but in the end also the user, i.e., the owner of a machine park benefits as well. Because if their supplier, i.e., the manufacturer, uses our solution, then on the one hand the machine park owner can access all the information he needs about the product, instructions, tutorials, and help. He can also handle the service much more easily in the first step and, above all, he can also give feedback directly to the manufacturer or dealer and say what he likes or doesn't like. This gives him a much closer connection to the people who build and develop the machines he uses in the end.

AJ: What would you like to achieve at NordBau 2023?

MT: We want to meet as many people as possible, make many contacts. And, to clearly show visibility, to present ourselves in the first place. Our topic is still relatively young and new, it is important to us that people are first made aware of what is available and what can be done with it. That it actually solves many problems that you have in everyday life, and of course an event like this is great to be seen.

AJ: Thank you very much for talking to us today.

MT: You're very welcome, thank you very much.
