Mirco Maschio nominated new president of Maschio Gaspardo Group

The Board of Directors nominated Mirco Maschio new President of Maschio Gaspardo Group. Giorgio Maschio was confirmed as Vice president.

This nomination follows the sudden death of Egidio Maschio on 24th of June, President and co-founder of the company with his brother Giorgio.

Mirco Maschio, second born of Egidio Maschio, is 38 years old and started working in the family company in 1998. He covered many roles in Maschio Gaspardo, acquiring important experiences. Member of the Board from 2001 and CEO of MG Romania since 2003, Mirco Maschio was responsible for the construction and development of the new production plant in Arad: the main manufacturer of agricultural machinery in Romania.  

The new Board of Directors comprises Mirco Maschio (President), Giorgio Maschio (Vice president), Massimo Bordi (CEO), Andrea Maschio (Board member),Martina Maschio (Board member) and Franco Biasutti  of Friulia (Board member).

Maschio Gaspardo Group is implementing a strategical plan to guarantee the consolidation of the Group and future developments.
