Modified LogiMover and electrified floor track systems on show at LogiMAT

At LogiMAT in Stuttgart, plant engineering specialist Eisenmann will spotlight both the evolution of its LogiMover, and its electrified floor track systems. The latter system boasts contactless power and data transmission. Eisenmann will be at booth 3C34 in hall 3 from February 10 to 12, 2015.

A pre-production model of the LogiMover conveyor was unveiled last year. Since then, a number of new features have been added. These will be presented for the first time at the upcoming LogiMAT trade show. In addition to integrated collision-prevention technology, the LogiMover now incorporates a master tine and a slave tine. The master tine is controlled either by a master computer or manually. The slave tine, in turn, automatically synchronizes with the master tine.

The electrified floor track systems – and all other Eisenmann electrified conveyors – can now be combined with a contactless power and data transmission system. This eliminates the need for galvanized contacts, which are subject to mechanical abrasion. As a result, the conveyor requires less maintenance and can be deployed in harsh environments.
