MONOSEM offers training programs in 4 fields of expertise: Sales, Technics, Use and Assembly. The aim is to offer to the public concerned (distributors, technicians, users,…) all the necessary know-how for an optimal machine performance so as to achieve a high level of satisfaction amongst end customers. Each field is divided into 5 levels. Each level has to be validated to move on to the next level.

A trainer has been specially employed to update, follow and provide training.

A building dedicated to training

To provide training, which for the most part will be held within the manufacture site in Largeasse (France), MONOSEM has opened a training centre composed of a hall and 3 training rooms. Each training room can receive up to 40 people. Adjacent to these training rooms, a 700m² show-room with the main models of the planter and cultivator ranges. This exhibition area includes a technology area with the main seed monitors and ISOBUS terminals as well as a museum retracing MONOSEM product evolution.

A vast area, accessible through a large doorway, enables to exhibit specific machines in connection with the training topic.

MONOSEM will rely on its training centre to move forward and increase their specialist network in precision planting and to ensure advice and service to customers.
