A website accessible to the largest number possible

From the MONOSEM website click on « Spare parts » on the head of the page (or push the Service MONOSEM) to access the Monosem “Service” website. The site is currently available in 6 languages: French, English, German, Spanish, Russian and Polish and has been optimized for display on both a PC and a Smartphone or a Tablet.

A site designed to be useful to all

The Monosem « Service » site has for aim to bring useful and compatible information to the user but to also facilitate spare parts ordering for importers.

The farmers can look for and consult specific spare parts for their machine, recent or old. They can also access the technical advice sheets (Check wear on the seed discs, shoes, …).

The importers, after having identified themselves, can access much more information concerning the parts together with their own Monosem sales conditions. They can consult the prices and availability of parts and also place an order directly on the site. This enables them to reply quickly and efficiently to requests from their customers.

A site optimized for intuitive use

Monosem wanted a parts search that is simple and rapid. For that, 3 methods are proposed:

- Search in a catalog,

- Search by part reference/description,

- Search in exploded views.

At the same time of the launching of this new Internet website, Monosem continues to develop the “Planter adjustment” Smartphone application, launched in 2014. It is now available on Google Play and App Store in 15 languages.

With these two aids, Monosem declares their willingness to offer even more service and advice to customers.
