New: Bauer Helix eccentric screw pumps with power take-off operation

Large pump heads of up to 160 m ensure effective slurry spreading even on slopes

The newly developed Helix eccentric screw pumps from BAUER driven by an articulated shaft are powerful rotating displacement pumps that guarantee a continuous speed-based flow that is nearly free of pulsation. Pump heads of up to 160 m can be achieved, making it possible to spread slurry without difficulty even in steep terrain. Another advantage is the minimal preparation time: set it up, switch it on and get started!

With the BAUER eccentric screw pumps Helix 85, 85-2 and 101, liquid manure and slurry can be reliably spread even in completely impassable terrain: The pumped medium is automatically drawn in from depth of up to 6 m, depending on the consistency. A pump head of up to 160 m is possible, depending on the pump type. The eccentric screw principle makes use of no valves or flaps, meaning that water-like media as well as highly viscous media with fibrous and solid inclusions can be pumped. Distribution takes place using a BAUER slurry gun or the proven BAUER Rainstar.

Overpressure valve for multiple protection

An overpressure valve with a second connection is installed on the pressure side, offering protection in the event of blockages or pressure shocks. The pressure line can be drained into the pit via the second connection. As protection against dry running during suction or when the pit becomes empty, a building water line can be connected to the intake housing. The intake connection (DN150) and pressure connection (DN125) are optionally available with BAUER couplings.
