NEW G - fixed cutter

The new G is the second generation Maschio fixed cutter. This version is lighter than the original, whilst still being suitable for demanding operations, and can be used with up to 270 HP of power - ideal for fine ground preparation.

The G rotary tiller is the ideal solution for farmers who require maximum strength from a fixed-chassis machine: it creates an optimum seedbed from ground in any condition, but really comes into its own during the toughest, most demanding jobs, such as direct work on heavy soils. To make it even more powerful, the G rotary tiller can now be combined with tractors of up to 270 HP.

The G model is equipped with a gearbox oil cooling system which operates continuously, guaranteeing maximum reliability when working long shifts. An independently-driven hydraulic system pushes the oil into a radiator and activates the cooling fan.

The G is also equipped with special "Duo-Cone" seals, preventing water, mud and dust from entering the hubs: this significantly increases the bearing protection, extending maintenance intervals. The sealing mechanism is based on two conical metal rings, which are placed opposite one another, separated by a thin film of oil.
