New mobile power - the TP 100 compact pump

SCHWING is expanding its product portfolio

The TP 100 trailer pump from SCHWING is a completely new development in the field of mobile concrete pumps. The power pack for construction sites is used wherever screed, mortar, fine concrete or concrete with a grain size of up to 25 mm needs to be conveyed efficiently and reliably. A new version of the ROCK gate valve will be used.

With the TP 100 SCHWING presents its first compact pump. The trailer pump (TP) is suitable for conveying screed, mortar, fine concrete and concrete (up to 25 mm maximum grain size) and for grouting work. Equipped with proven SCHWING components from 60 years of pump construction, the TP 100 is the reliable and resilient companion for craftsmen, construction companies and rental stations. The ROCK valve known from truck-mounted concrete pumps and stationary pumps also impresses in the TP 100 with its low wear, fast, water-saving cleaning and extremely simple maintenance.

TP 100 - mobile performance and reliability Made in Germany

The key hydraulic components of the TP 100, such as the control block and the differential cylinders, are developed and manufactured by SCHWING. Right from the start, the TP 100 was designed for a high delivery pressure and, with its 85 bar delivery pressure, outperforms its competitors. The TP 100 can therefore achieve greater conveying heights and conveying distances. The range of applications is therefore wider than that of the other pumps in this class. The TP 100 is built at the main factory in Herne. Not only the performance of the pump is decisive for its success, but also the handling on construction sites is simple. The large maintenance flap of the TP 100 can be unlocked and opened using just one hand. All maintenance points are easily accessible thanks to the wide swivel-back mechanism. All lubrication points can be manually reliably supplied with lubricant via the standard central lubrication point. The tail lights are mounted directly on the hopper cover. This reduces the risk of damage, since the tail lights are outside the filling area when the hopper cover is open.

Successful ROCK model now in XS format

The XS-ROCK, specially developed for the TP series, enables the problem-free conveying of building materials (screed, mortar, concrete) with a maximum grain size of up to 25 mm. Like all ROCK valves, the intelligent design of the ROCK significantly reduces wear compared to other concrete valves. It is also quick to clean and is demonstrably easier to maintain.

The clear operating structure and large-format colour display of the machine control allow for easy and intuitive operation of the TP 100. The integrated diagnosis system supports safe operation and alerts the operator to the maintenance intervals. Using the powerful P0615 pump battery with piston-side connection, the TP 100 achieves flow rates of up to 20 m³ per hour and a maximum delivery pressure of up to 85 bar. Its high delivery rate and compact dimensions open up a wide range of applications for the TP 100. The TP 100 can optionally be equipped with the hydraulic function "VarioPressure", which allows manual adjustment of the maximum delivery pressure.

Two diesel engines with different exhaust levels and an electric motor are available as drive options. All engines provide high delivery rates at low operating costs.
