KEMROC, with its new division KEMSOLID, is aiming to provide innovative machines and processes for foundation engineering.  Supplied by this new Division, a core element of KEMROC’s booth at this year’s massive Bauma exhibition will be a KSI mixing attachment to produce in-situ soil-cement structures.  On display, there will also be some well-known and some new milling excavator attachments.  All products on the booth are designed to help experts employed in demolition and recycling, construction, and mineral extraction to gain extra added value from their carrier equipment.

At the world's leading construction machinery trade fair Bauma 2022 in Munich, KEMROC, based in Hämbach (Germany), will display its well-known range of hydraulic milling excavator attachments as well as several new models.  Their 400 m2 booth No. FN.1019/5 located in the outdoor area north will have the widely recognizable orange KEMROC balloon floating above it. KEMROC’s range of attachments increase the utilization and productivity of excavators and make many jobs more economical or maybe, even possible.

Developments for special foundation engineering

A major innovation being shown for the first time in Munich is the new division, KEMSOLID.  This division is focused on the manufacture and development of innovative products and processes for foundation engineering. Core elements of their product offering are KSI soil mixing excavator attachments. With their moving cutter chain, they penetrate the soil and mix it with a binder suspension material in the same operation. Without the need to move massive amounts of material, dense, load bearing, resilient soil-cement structures are produced in-situ to the required size and shape. Combining their knowledge and experience with the needs of their clients, specialists at KEMSOLID tackle complex soil permeability and load bearing problems in infrastructure projects.

Product range expanded again

»Revolution of Cutting« – true to this striking slogan, the manufacturer continues the development of its range of successful cutter attachments for excavators and backhoe loaders.  Excavator operators in several industrial sectors literally have it in their hands to carry out complex tasks in difficult, limited space conditions with their machines using joysticks while sitting in the cabins.

In time for presentation at this year's world's leading trade fair in Munich, KEMROC has expanded its product range further.

  • The DMW range of double-motor cutter wheels has been extended with the DMW 130 (excavator weight 18 – 35 t) in a modified version for permafrost, soils and rocks with uniaxial compressive strength up to 40 MPa. It has an improved method for material discharge as well as more cutting depth.

  • Models EKT 20 (2 – 4 t), EKT 40 (5 – 10 t), and EKT 60 (10 – 17 t) expand the EKT range of cost-effective cutter attachments that can be converted into chain cutters. The new models expand the range towards lighter carrier machines.

  • The completely new KRC »Bull Head Trencher« range, characterized by their cutter drums being angled towards each other.  The KRC 140 (20 – 40 t) model will be on display, a drum cutter attachment for excavating narrow trenches without needing to slew back and forth sideways.

  • The KRD range of direct drive drum cutters now includes the KRD 120 MIX model (25 – 40 t) with extension including injection tube for the »MSM process« (Mass Soil Mixing) available for foundation engineering applications.

  • The KTR range of trenching attachments with rotational chain cutter has been reduced to two models, KTR 65 (18 – 25 t) and KTR 130 (25 – 35 t).A major part of the KEMROC product range; the patented EK chain cutter attachments – here the model EK 100 – with their moving cutter chains.<br>IMAGE SOURCE: KEMROC

Impressive machine show

As a real eye-catcher, KEMROC is showing a product from the new KEMSOLID division, the KSI 7000 mixing attachment with its 7 m long cutter and injection blade mounted on a 30 t excavator. On a more compact 20 t excavator, the KRC 140 model from the new »Bull Head Trencher« series can be seen with its tapered cutter drums arranged at an angle to one another. In addition to models from other product ranges, another focal point will be a model from the patented EK range of chain cutter attachments with the cutter chain running between the two external cutter drums. From this range, the EK 60 mounted on a 20 t excavator will be displayed.

At this major construction machinery exhibition, the manufacturer is expecting to meet a large number of domestic and foreign trade visitors and looks forward to supporting them with the right excavator attachment to meet their requirements in the demolition, construction and mineral extraction industries.
