At SIMA 2015 Kongskilde Industries A/S reveals the pre-launch of a new series of large trailed traditional seedbed cultivators. With the new trailed Vibro Master 4000, Kongskilde fills the gap between the successful fully mounted series of Vibro Master 3000 and the new Germinator Pro series.

It underlines the intense focus on optimal seedbed preparation from Kongskilde, as a specialist within seedbed preparation.
The new Vibro Master 4000 is a heavy-duty trailed seedbed cultivator for traditional seedbed preparation in ploughed conditions.
Vibro Master 4000 is available in sizes of 6.0 – 7.0 – 8.0 – 9.0 m working width.
The preparation is carried out first by a hydraulically operated flex-board consisting of Vibro Level tines, which level out the soil and crushes clods.
Afterwards the 7 rows of Vibro Super-S tines are coming, which with a pitching of 7.5 cm creates an optimal mixing of the soil. After the cultivation section, it is possible to choose from a selection of rear harrow combinations for leveling and consolidating the soil.
The cultivation depth is controlled by 4 sets of large tandem wheels connected hydraulically in a master-slave system for even lifting and lowering.
The cultivator is designed for seedbed preparation in crops like cereals, maize, peas etc. An optimal seedbed preparation is the key starting factor in the hunt of top yields.
Full launch of Vibro Master 4000 is expected from 1/8-2015.
