New Updates to CM Labs’ Ship-To-Shore Crane Training Pack Advances Training Capabilities

CM Labs Simulations, the leading vendor for simulation-based training solutions in the ports, construction, and utilities industries, today announced the launch of its updated Intellia Ship-To-Shore (STS) Crane Training Pack. The updated training pack offers several new features, including instant record and replay and optimized lane configurations for ITVs and straddle carriers.

As the industry leader in simulation training, CM Labs strives to continually innovate and enhance its offerings. With feedback from industry experts and customers, the development team added key features to the STS to enhance the training experience for both operators and trainers.

With the new instant record and replay feature, trainers will be able to replay an exercise immediately after a student completes it. Timestamps of all major events in the exercises—such as objective completions and safety violations—help instructors provide corrective training and show students where they went wrong and how they can improve. 

Finally, the updated training pack includes lane configurations that are optimized for all types of delivery options, including ITVs and straddle carriers. These improved workflow rules for interactions between the STS and delivery vehicles help elevate training even further.
