One Spider lays its legs to the first Luxury Mall in The Philippines

Capitol Commons, a luxurious residential and commercial complex raised in the centre of Pasig, includes the first high-end shopping centre called Estancia at Capitol Commons: a top fashion shopping mall.

Opened in 2014, Estancia covers 30,000 square metres of leasable space in three levels, offering several global restaurant chains. The Mall will open also a supermarket with an area of ​​24,000 square meters and six digital cinemas on 2017.
