PLANTWORX 2015: MOBA intend on levelling the playing field

MOBA has been the by-word for machine control technology for both the construction and waste industries for more than 40 years, yet the brand is still a relative newcomer to the UK market. It was only 4 years ago that MOBA established an office in Haddenham, Bucks, but the company is expanding rapidly thanks to the reputation of their products and the calibre of its growing customer list who put their trust in the brand.

MOBA is anticipating in winning over many more customers when they exhibit at Plantworx 2015, bringing with them its full range of construction products that enable contractors to improve accuracy, increase efficiency and reduce cost.

One of the highlights at the show will be will its machine control systems for graders and dozers that ensure an efficient workflow even when following the most challenging designs. The systems achieve exact results, are easy to install as well as being simple to use.
In collaboration with Steelwrist UK, MOBA will be also demonstrating its 2D and 3D X-site suite of products for excavators that, for the first time, displays both the tilting angle of the bucket as well as its rotation angle to substantially enhance accuracy and precision.
For the paving sector, MOBA will unveil for the first time in the UK its new MOBA-matic II levelling system for pavers and graders. This comes with many new enhancements including a new controller with a large 3.5 inch TFT colour display.  Now, thanks to the backlit keypad and the brightness adjustability of the LEDs, working in low ambient light is significantly improved.  Sensor value is now also shown continuously in the display, so that the most important critical information, including GPS position and temperature, is always within view of the operator. Another important innovation is that, with a single control panel, both sides of the screed can be controlled from one screen making it both substantially easier and safer for the contractor.
MOBA will and will also be showing its thermal paving solution, PAVE-IR Scan, as well as its MCA-2000 compaction system for rollers at its own booth as well as that of a number of major plant manufacturers at the show.
