The STIHL PS 3000 power station supplies professionals with power far away from power outlets
In order to enable professional users not to have to worry about the all-day usability of their cordless tools, charging the batteries at the place of use is an important prerequisite as well. With the PS 3000, STIHL is now introducing a power station that provides a power supply independent of the nearest power outlet. The high-performance portable power supply offers to professionals, for example in gardening and landscaping, municipalities and facility management, to charge their tool batteries anywhere and at any time. The result: independence previously only known from gasoline-powered equipment. In addition, the noiseless and emission-free alternative to the gasoline generator allows to work with cable-dependent equipment outside the power supply network: Electric water pumps or pressure washers, for example, can be operated directly on the PS 3000. Safe working on scaffolding or lifting platforms can be executed thanks to the standard drop protection. The compact storage unit is characterized not only by its capacity of approximately 2.1 kWh with a comparatively low weight of less than 20 kilograms, but also by its continuous power of 3,600 W and a boost function with up to 18,000 W peak power. Since it is also dust and splash-proof (IP54), the PS 3000 can be used in the rain.
