weycor with new wheel loader series
weycor is presenting its new 3-series of wheel loaders at bauma, featuring state-of-the-art technology, a wide range of lift arms, and a tiltable cab for higher efficiency and comfort. A standout is the first electric loader with a 20 kW drive and a battery capacity of up to 44 kWh, ensuring operation throughout the entire workday. The series offers new diesel engines, an electronic drive system with up to three modes, and a modular frame concept that enables high breakout forces and extended reach. The wheel loaders are also leaders in ergonomics, with features such as a multifunction joystick and a cab tiltable up to 40°, which facilitates maintenance. Highlights at bauma include the AR 480T and the "Black Edition" of the AR 680, the latter with up to 216 hp and bucket capacities from 3 to 4.5 m³. The M50E SFC from Kaeser Kompressoren is a new variant of the proven 5 m³ Mobilair M50E from the e-power series. Thanks to its frequency converter, it offers flexible pressure settings between 6 and 11 bar, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, from construction sites to industrial service operations. This innovation, which also offers advantages such as optimized power consumption and increased energy efficiency, helping to avoid grid overloads and is ideal for modern, future-proof applications. Despite its expanded features, the unit remains compact and portable and is available with either an impact-resistant PE or a durable metal hood. The M50E SFC also features environmentally friendly options, such as an optional compressed air aftercooler for condensate disposal, setting new standards in efficiency, flexibility, and sustainability for mobile construction compressors.
Mobilair M76/M81: Pioneering Solutions for Demanding Construction Sites
Kaeser Kompressoren, a leading manufacturer of construction equipment in Europe, has introduced two new construction compressors - the Mobilair M76 and M81 - replacing its predecessor, the M82. These models are specially designed for demanding construction sites and meet both EU and North American emission standards. They offer flexible compressed air delivery with adjustable pressure levels and an innovative PV control system, which is particularly advantageous for dry ice blasting. The compressors are equipped with Kubota and Hatz engines and do not require an SCR system or AdBlue, simplifying exhaust gas aftertreatment. They can also be equipped with generators for power needs on construction sites. The new models stand out for their ease of operation and maintenance, including a spin-on oil separation cartridge that generates less waste.
Mobilair M480: Maximum Performance for Demanding Applications
The Mobilair M480 from Kaeser Kompressoren is a powerful, oil-injected portable compressor specifically designed for the North American market, addressing demanding construction projects in the USA and Canada. The unit features an impressive flow rate of up to 48 m³/min, powered by a 12-liter Cummins engine with 343 kW, which meets Tier 4 emissions standards. Thanks to its continuously adjustable pressure levels and the innovative PV control system, the M480 offers maximum flexibility and energy efficiency. It is versatile in applications such as mining or tunnel construction and can be equipped with various compressed air treatment systems. Its easy operation is achieved via a rotary switch and touchscreen display. The compressor is available in three versions: a skid-mounted version, with an auxiliary chassis, or as a road-mounted model.
Dozer Technology Takes a New Level
This press release discusses the introduction of the new generation of the Cat D8 dozer, which will be presented by Caterpillar at the bauma trade fair in Munich. The new dozer features a comprehensively redesigned cab, improving comfort and adaptability between various models such as the D5, D6, and D7. The dozer is equipped with a Cat C15 engine and assistance systems like Cat Assist, which include functions like Stable Blade, Traction Control, and AutoRip to facilitate operation and boost productivity. Kaeser Kompressoren showcased a range of innovative mobile construction compressors with various drive concepts at bauma in Munich, including electric motors, gasoline engines, and low-emission diesel engines. Particular highlights included the M50E SFC with electric motor and frequency converter, as well as the battery-powered M50B prototype, which offers a sustainable future perspective. The M81 diesel compressor with a Hatz engine and flexible pressure settings was also part of the exhibition. Additional options, such as compressed air treatment and generators, were also presented to expand the product range.
