In conjunction with the ‘Belt and Road Initiative’ mandated by the Chinese government, LiuGong will hold a ‘Belt and Road’ seminar during the event. During the seminar, government representatives, industry associations, ambassadors and counselors from the “B&R” countries, and LiuGong’s global dealers will gather together to discuss the future development of business as part of “Belt and Road”, and will look at current projects that are taking place as part of the strategy. One of the most significant movements as part of this to date has been a strategic cooperation agreement between LiuGong and the China International Contractors Association to further promote its business in ‘Belt and Road’ countries.

For over ten years, since LiuGong started its globalization in 2003, the company has strived to achieve its vision of becoming a world-class company in the construction machinery industry. Today, LiuGong has established a global layout, supporting its business worldwide with broad subsidiary offices, manufacturing plants and R&D centers in five continents. 10 regional offices are currently located in Africa, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, Netherlands, India, Poland, Singapore, Russia, Hong Kong and the U.S. – as well as three manufacturing plants in India, Poland and Brazil. The success of this expansion has led to encouraging projections: in 2015, the proportion of LiuGong’s overseas business is expected to exceed 30%. As a pioneer of globalization in the industry, LiuGong has set up a strong support network including dealers, service and parts distribution centers along the B&R countries in Central Asia, Russia, Mongolia, Germany, Poland, Latvia, Pakistan and more.

Along the path of its globalization, and by relying on its rapidly developing global dealer network, LiuGong has successfully opened itself to overseas markets. But most importantly, the company has vowed to never stop optimizing the market competitiveness of this network. This is demonstrated in the growth of the dealer conference itself, which begun with only eight dealers but has since expanded to accommodate over 500 attendees in this, its 12th inception. This annual event has become an key part of LiuGong’s brand and cooperation culture, not only showcasing the constant development of LiuGong’s international business, but also enhancing the partnerships between the company and its global dealers to help LiuGong deliver its commitment to global customers: offering a full line of extreme duty, intuitive machines for construction equipment users that are constantly challenged to do more with less.
