This is the first time that RAUCH is equipping the AXIS H fertiliser spreader generation with the new, in-house developed SpeedServo servomotors. SpeedServos apply a completely new functional principle compared to linear servomotors which are common in agricultural technology. The pulling loads are now transmitted via a simple rotational movement at superior reaction speeds.
Major benefit of SpeedServo:
The adjustment speeds of SpeedServos are 2.5 time higher compared to previous spindle motor models. This allows for superior reaction speeds and new performance dimensions of the AXIS H spreader for the fully automatic fertiliser dosing with EMC, for headlands spreading with OptPoint, for section-specific spreading with application cards and for section spreading with section control.
Although SpeedServos consume significantly less power, they offer pulling loads which are up to 3 times higher than those of comparable spindle motors. The superior energy efficiency provides the ideal conditions for the use in ISOBUS machines since the ISOBUS standard limits the electrical power.
Moreover, SpeedServos can be protected against dust and dirt much more efficiently since they operate without the sensitive expandable lifting rod. The effective long-term sealing against humidity and dust as well as the simple and rugged SpeedServo construction allow for extra long lifetimes for the valuable electronic components.
RAUCH is convinced that the new superior SpeedServo principle with rotational movement will spread rapidly in the whole agricultural sector. The reliability of electrically remote-controlled agricultural machines is significantly increased by SpeedServos.
The high adjustment speeds of the SpeedServos at the drop point and metering slide adjustments virtually revolutionise the spreading efficiency of the new AXIS fertiliser spreader generation. The new RAUCH section control VariSpread pro adjusts the application rate and the working width continuously variably in wedge-shaped fields and not sprouting tramlines due to the SpeedServos. Due to the adjustment speeds which are 2.5 times faster, AXIS H utilises the full precision potential of the continuously variable VariSpread pro GPS section control even at high forward speeds and large wedge angles. The spreading efficiency is increased by up to 21 % in wedge-shaped fields. This saves money. This is environmentally friendly.
Whether spreading with the side-specific EMC automatic metering system or with the precise automatic OptiPoint headlands control system or whether spreading with digital application cards in Precision Farming, SpeedServos open and close the metering slide 2.5 times quicker than previous models. The control commands of the electronics are immediately converted into pure function almost without any delay. Thus, SpeedServos open up new performance dimensions in professional fertiliser technology.
