Floating, folding 6 m 00 frame

Made up of 5’’ bars, the new TFC2 frame offers a working width of up to 6m50. Equipped with metering units from the Monoshox® NG Plus M range, this frame which folds to 3m (according to the number of rows and inter-row spacings) is floating when at work guaranteeing a perfect following of the ground contours. The TFC2 is fitted with compact folding row markers as standard equipment. When the tractor is equipped with auto-guiding by GPS RTK, these row markers are optional.

Mobile front wheel units

On the planters with front wheel units, the soil bearing capacity and the regular drive of the seed discs are essential. MONOSEM has thus equipped this frame with 4 wide 26x12 wheels. Furthermore, these front wheel units are mobile so as to easily suit the tractor tread and the inter-row spacing but can also be adjusted in height to suit the planting conditions and thus enable the frame to maintain the metering units in the ideal position for working. Another advantage of the front wheel units, the clearance between the metering units is maximum; the planter can thus work in stony grounds even with reduced inter-row spacings.

Maximum versatility

The new TFC2 frame offers unmatched versatility. Instead of being placed between the metering units, the wheel units, positioned to the front of the frame and the seed spacing gearboxes situated above the metering units, totally free the toolbars that receive the metering units. This configuration thus enables the frame to be fitted out in 8 rows at 75 or 80 cm, 12 rows at 45 or 50 cm, 16 row at 37,5 cm, but also in uneven numbers of rows, 9 or 11 rows with reduced inter-row spacings (55 or 60 cm).

Easy adjustments

The TFC2 frame is equipped with 3 EasyGear seed spacing gearboxes as standard equipment (one on the central part of the frame and one on each wing). These seed spacing gearboxes with levers are easily adjusted and do not require tools. Available on option, the microgranulators also have simple adjustment devices as they have as standard equipment, a drive with MicroDriveVM.

Fertilizing with front-mounted hopper

The TFC2 frame can be fitted with localized fertilizing equipment with the front STD and DUO hoppers. The STD front hopper enables fertilizing from 8 to 12 rows. The DUO front hopper enables fertilizing on 8, 12 or 16 rows, applying larger quantities of fertilizer per hectare at a higher speed.

Designed to offer a larger range of use, the new TFC2 frame suits all the farmer’s requirements especially in terms of numbers of rows and inter-row spacings.
