Total protection: CAMPO pull-type sprayer

CAMPO is a pull-type sprayer for large farms and contractors that allows operators to spray large fields quickly. The wide range of tank capacities (from 1500 to 6500 liters) and available booms make the CAMPO the right choice for the today farmers’ needs. The exclusive lay-out of ALA boom Series confers high strength and rigidity in order to reduce pushing and pulling forces all along the individual boom sections. This means more uniform canopy treatment and longer boom lifetime. ALA boom is dampened with hydro-pneumatic systems that reduce vertical and horizontal oscillations. Suspended independent geometry is a standard feature.

CAMPO features a parallelogram boom lifter. The wide parallelogram attachment increases boom stability. Adjustable axle comes as standard on CAMPO; It features adjustable width (from 145 to 225 cm) in order to fit with crop spacing and to improve sprayer balancing. Track width adjustment is quick: the customer only has to loosen 2 bolts.

The optional suspended axle (CAMPO S Series) has a hydro-pneumatic dampening system with 2 nitrogen accumulators. CAMPO has been designed with a strong focus on user-friendliness. On the panel control, all spray functions (filling, suction, deviokit, premixer) are controlled by only 3 easy to use knobs. DEVIOKIT, standard on all machines, allows the water circuit to be cleaned without any product dilution in the main tank: field operations can thus be stopped and resumed later with no risk of product clogging in the pipelines. In order to guarantee perfect product agitation inside the main tank CAMPO is equipped with 2 independent lines: one pierce hose on the bottom that recovers excess water and two ‘Venturi’ tubes to improve mixing action. Venturi agitators have a constant pressure that means an outstanding mixing in every conditions (e.g., hilly fields, on turns and accelerations). As standard the CAMPO pre-mixer has the bottle-cleaner nozzle to avoid product wastes, a self-cleaning system and the vacuum extension to reduce operator-chemical contact.
