This is 55.7% more than in the same period last year, but 11.4% less than in December 2023. After the peak of sales observed in the middle of last year, the demand for trucks gradually decreased.

The majority of trucks were purchased on the domestic market: 83.5% (1.9 thousand units). Used 6.8% of trucks (158 units) were brought from abroad.

Last month, 57 imported and 169 manufactured or converted trucks were purchased in Ukraine (a total of 226 trucks, 9.8% ).

Considering that the pace of replenishment of the car fleet in this segment is relatively insignificant, in addition, the new year has come, that is, the production years for cars no older than 5 years have shifted again, as required by our legislation, in order not to receive "penal" amounts of excise duty upon import, you should not hope for rapid "rejuvenation" in this segment. As well as the quick removal from circulation of morally and physically outdated, far from ecological and safe trucks produced in Soviet times.
