Two electricity projects completed in Weilheim

In Weilheim an der Teck, at the foot of the Swabian Jura, Josef Rädlinger Ingenieurbau GmbH's network construction division has carried out two electricity projects on behalf of Netze BW in March and April.

The order was received in late February and included the wiring of parts of an industrial area and a low-voltage overhead line need of renewal, including the service connections in the residential area concerned.

In total, network construction teams created about 600 metres of route for the main power supply and almost 20 service connections. In addition, cable-conduit-protection systems and cable distribution cabinets were installed at the same time. In parallel with construction of the power lines, the network construction team also carried out repair work in the town's streets.

After the cables were installed, the power connections of the customers were linked to the mains and the surface works in the area of the lines completed on time, and the roads opened to traffic.
