Rädlinger Stahlbau builds warehouse for pallet manufacturer

During the summer months, Rädlinger Stahlbau built a new warehouse, covering an area of over 1,900 square metres, for pallet manufacturer Bössl in Schönthal. It took over the detailed planning and construction planning, and the manufacture, delivery and installation of the modules. The photovoltaic system on the ridged roof was designed and installed by RWenergy, the separate electrical engineering division. The flooring was in the form of a semi-rigid outer layer, and was installed by our asphalt department. The result is a modern building with a canopy, which marries logistics functionality and energy-related requirements. A total of 82 tonnes of hot-dip galvanized steel were used for the supporting structure. The ridged roof with a 12-degree slope is interrupted by a curved band of light, 50 metres in length.
