Vovis Automobile GmbH , a subsidiary of AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG, has very successfully passed a repair shop test by Volvo Car Germany and Dekra with its branch at Albersloher Weg 277 in Münster. The Volvo partner achieved excellent results both in the field of technical expertise and service quality.
For these outstanding achievements, Jürgen Althoff, Volvo district manager customer service, recently presented a certificate to Vovis repair shop manager Michael Homann.
For over ten years, Volvo Car Germany has been regularly reviewing the work of its commercial operations in Germany and awarding prices to the best of them. The test procedure is simple and effective: A Dekra expert places different defects in a test customer's Volvo, which is anyway due for inspection. To be counted among the best, the repair shop must really find all the defects and of course repair them too. In addition, the test customer evaluates the dealer's service quality on the basis of a detailed questionnaire. The questionnaire covers all areas of an assumed routine inspection at the car dealer and involves assessing order placement and order taking at the service desk, the invoice, the car dealership's appearance and the return of the vehicle. In this area too, there are stringent standards: at least 95 percent of all queried criteria must be met.
The team of Vovis Automobile GmbH met all test criteria: the repair shop with its 20 employees discovered all defects and competently repaired them. The three skilled employees manning the service desk also did everything right and tended to the needs of the customer and his car in a friendly and dedicated manner.
"This is a nice confirmation of our daily work for the entire team," the two Vovis managing directors Tim Papenfort and Jan Bernd Kappelhoff rejoiced.
