W. Reitinger GmbH, a leading Austrian rental company for access platforms, mobile cranes, telehandlers and more, headquartered in St. Florian with five additional branches across Austria, is expanding its spider lift segment with a new manufacturer: IMER Access / IMER Group has delivered four units of the 20 m R20 DA, finished in Reitinger’s signature bright-white livery. The machines were ordered in June and delivered on schedule at the beginning of October 2025.

New Manufacturer in the Fleet – a Convincing Decision

In June 2025, Dr. Reinhard Hofer, Managing Partner of the Reitinger Group, placed an order for four units of the 20 m R20 DA spider lift from IMER Access. Delivery followed in early October 2025 – on time and in the company’s characteristic white finish.
Already at the end of 2024, Jochen Schneider (Assistant Technical Director), Dr. Hofer and several employees were able to get a first-hand impression of the machine’s performance – for example, 10 m lateral outreach with a 230 kg platform capacity at nearly 11 m working height – and of its user-friendly design.

The decision to choose IMER was based not only on technology but also on service.

“IMER made it very clear that they want to be our supplier,” says Dr. Hofer. “Matteo Iori (Commercial Director at IMER Access), Bogdan Lenda (our previous contact), and the machines themselves already impressed us a lot. And when we learned that Bernhard Kahn – whom we have known for a long time as a reliable partner – would continue to provide excellent support, and that technical assistance would also be available in German language, it was an easy decision to go with IMER products.”
