Wirtgen Group introduced the next generation of their WR series at Bauma, specifically designed for cold recycling and stabilization applications in Europe. The series includes models WR 200 X, WR 240 X, and WR 250 X, each offering distinct performance levels and improved transportability. These machines feature enhanced Duraforce milling and mixing rotors for high-quality mixing and reduced fuel consumption. The series boasts a new ergonomic operating concept with digital solutions such as AutoTracTM and MIX ASSIST that enhance efficiency and productivity. Additionally, the WR series is complemented by the WRC 240 X Rock Crusher and the WRS 240 X binding agent spreader, which offer high output rates and precision in challenging terrains. These robust machines provide significant advancements in ease of use, efficiency, and process reliability. Pöttinger has enhanced its TOP VT 12540 C four-rotor rake with the optional Profiline comfort control system, offering features such as individual rotor control, section control, and electro-hydraulic height adjustment from the tractor cab. The system enables automatic lifting and lowering of rotors based on GPS position and includes overlap control for optimized performance during cornering. The rake, ideal for use even on inclines, can switch between working and transport modes at the touch of a button, with adjustable working widths from 10 to 12.50 meters. Kleemann has expanded its digital offerings with the introduction of SPECTIVE CONNECT, now available for their screening plants. This application, accessible via smartphones, enhances work site digitisation by providing operators with critical data and stockpile monitoring, ultimately improving productivity and safety. The SPECTIVE CONNECT CONTROL system allows operators to manage machines remotely with features like crushing gap adjustment via a mobile app. The Performance Assistant tool provides real-time improvement suggestions by analyzing current production data. In addition, the John Deere Operations Center™ now integrates with the Wirtgen Group Performance Tracker Crushing module, facilitating live monitoring of production data for Kleemann plants. HD Hyundai merge construction entities for global expansion

HD Hyundai has announced the merger of HD Hyundai Construction Equipment and HD Hyundai Infracore to create HD Construction Equipment, effective from January 1, 2026. This new entity will operate under the HYUNDAI and DEVELON brands, focusing on construction equipment, engines, and aftermarket services with ambitions to achieve KRW 14.8 trillion (USD 11 billion) in revenue by 2030. The merger, decided on July 1, aims to enhance global competitiveness and agility in market responses while optimizing product lines and expanding its compact equipment business. It plans to leverage integrated R&D for developing electrified and smart construction equipment and intends to secure diversified revenue streams and growth engines. An extraordinary shareholders' meeting is planned for September 16 to finalize the merger, and the merger terms include a share exchange.
