1) SUPER-COMPACT TRACTORS FOR NARROW ROWS TIGRE 4000 - SUPER-COMPACT FACTOTUM

The isodiametric steering tractor with 31 HP and with 3-cylinder Yanmar engine (max torque at 1700 rpm) delivers the same performance as the top-of-the-range AC tractors, but on a smaller scale. It has an ACTIO™ oscillating chassis, a low-profile design and wide ground clearance. Although compact, its cab is spacious, ergonomic and comfortable, as well as easy to access. Designed for the maintenance or cultivation of agricultural land, vegetable gardens and greenhouses, it stands out for its tapered bodywork, functional use in vegetation, and its short "nose" which permits perfect visibility at the front. The bonnet has a steel grille that guarantees excellent heat exchange. The cast iron front bumper acts as a ballast and guard and has an integrated tow hook. The PTO is at 540 rpm and is synchronised with all gear speeds, while the lifting system can take up to 850 Kg.

THE T MAJOR SERIES RULES THE HILLS AND FLIES ON THE PLAINS

The tractors in the T Major series are compact and of medium power (49.7 or 56 HP) and based on exclusive technology, and its exceptional ease of operation places it at the top of the range.

The Series is available in three configurations: two with ACTIO™ steering chassis (TCF and TN) and one with articulated chassis (SNv). The steering versions, which promise increased stability on sloping terrain, permit greater versatility of use even in the least accessible of areas, while the articulated version is for specialised work on cultivations with narrow rows, even on steep slopes. Agile and easy to control, they ensure fluid steering when combined with even the most disparate of equipment and when used in difficult morphological conditions, on slopes or on uneven terrain, thanks to the constant traction and adherence and a differential lock (hydraulic for the Snv; mechanical for the TCf and TN). There is a 12 front + 12 rear speed gearbox synchronised with 4 speed ratios, 3 work ranges and an inverter on the central tunnel. The oil bath disc brakes do not require adjustment. The engines are a 4-cylinder Yanmar engine of 49.7 HP, aspirated, and a 3- cylinder turbo VM engine of 56 HP (both engines have anti-vibration counter rotating shafts). The power takeoff is independent with oil bath clutch, and the lifting system has a capacity of 2200 Kg at the nut which permits the use of professional equipment. The bonnet with wide vertical opening makes for practical routine maintenance.

2) R SERIES: COMPACT WITH TOP TECHNOLOGY

Making its début on the market of compact tractors is the new R series compliant with Stage 3B emissions standards for diesel engines and the "mother regulation" for type-approval certification. The Company wishes to emphasise that, although fitted with anti-particle filters, these tractors remain as small and compact as those of previous series. There are seven versions of the 10900 with 98 HP (TRX, TRG, TGF, TTR, SRX, Mach 4 and Mach 2) that distinguish the configuration of each type of ACTIO™ AC chassis with oscillation: steering, with low-profile design and with wide or articulated wheel track. They are all reversible tractors apart from the TGF, which is one-direction. The 4-cylinder Turbo Common Rail Kubota engine has an electronic control system that responds instantly to the electronic controls in the cab, and includes speed memories and acceleration curves set with clusters. The traction capacity is considerable thanks to a slightly longer pitch which ensures optimal distribution of the weight of the tractor. The brand new Air cab (ROPS and FOPS certified) or super-low-profile Protector 100 (for TGF), with category 4 pressurisation, fully protects the operator against dust, gas and aerosols.

3) MACH 2 AND MACH 4 - R SERIES TRACTORS WITH TRACKS

The new R Series also includes two types of tractors with tracks: Mach 2, two-track - 20" front wheels and rear rubber tracks - ACTIO™ steering chassis with reversible drive, and Mach 4, four- track with ACTIO™ articulated chassis. Both are in black and with reversible steering. The special configuration with rubber tracks offers constant traction and adherence even in extreme conditions: steep, muddy or slippery terrain, or situations when a wheeled tractor cannot gain access, with minimal compacting of the terrain, less than that caused by the treading of human feet. The Mach 4 four-track tractor has an articulated chassis that makes it extremely agile and easy to manoeuvre, while the Mach 2 two-track tractor, with steering wheels, offers maximum stability and safety when driven on sloping terrain. Both models are licensed to travel on roads.

4) TGF - A “PANTHER” BETWEEN ROWS

Available in 3 versions: 71 HP (7800), 89 HP (9900) and 98 HP (10900 R Series), it is a compact one-direction tractor with oversize rear wheels and low profile and tapered bodywork, and is ideal for use in orchards, vineyards, awning cultivations and greenhouses and even for narrow rowed crops or in thick vegetation. TGF is a tractor that can be made to measure for the operator according to the type of cultivation and morphology of the terrain, and is available in various combinations with different types of tyre. The 16+16 speed gearbox has a PTO independent and synchronised at 540/540E rpm. The tractor is stable and easy to manoeuvre since it has large rear wheels and smaller front wheels that can permit even the tightest of turns. The TGF moves as sinuously and nimbly as a panther on cultivations where there is low canopy, as it ensures traction and adherence even on downward slopes. Powerful and compact, it is ideal for work in Yshaped orchards, canopied vineyards and greenhouses, and on slopes and in rows that follow the slope of the land. It can come with a classic StarLight cab or Protector 100 pressurised super low profile cab that combines comfort and maximum compactness, and complete protection of the operator against the inhalation of harmful particles.

PROTECTOR 100 cab > it is pressurised and with Category 4 certification (guaranteeing maximum protection of the operator against the inhalation of harmful dust, gas and aerosols), and is characterised by ultra-compact and tapered bodywork. The frame is in steel and with “butterfly” profile with continuous radius of curvature and no projecting elements, and measures only 174 cm in height at its highest point. Designed to work on crops with thick vegetation or sloping rows, or that are Y-shaped or on steep slopes, it is not only compact but also offers comfort planned down to the last detail. The glass doors and rear and front windows ensure all-round visibility. Noise is reduced by the soft insulated surfaces in the cab and on the platform. The Aircontrol digital instrument allows the operator to monitor the optimal level of pressurisation and to activate air conditioning.

5) TONY 10900 TR AND SR - DISTINGUISHED AND WITH MECHANICAL/HYDROSTATIC HYBRID TRANSMISSION

The Tony 10900 TR and SR tractors (4-cylinder Yanmar engine with 87 HP), with steering chassis (TR) and articulated chassis (SR), represent the latest frontier of the Veneto-based company in terms of hydrostatic transmission controlled by software that allows the operator to customise every step of his work and, therefore, ensure an optimal end result and simplified procedures. The software also provides diagnostics of the tractor which is monitored on a constant basis to ensure full efficiency in every situation. The transmission uses SIM - Shift In Motion technology - with 4 speed ranges with electronic control, that can be engaged when driving or at standstill. The Tony tractors are compact and isodiametric and suitable for precision work like breaking up rocky terrain, sowing, fertilisation, weeding and treating, while the constant speed allows for a homogeneous result and avoids the wasting of chemical products or time, for better quality work.

A FOPS and ROPS certified AIR cab and Category 4 pressurisation are available on request to guarantee protection of the operator against the inhalation of harmful dust, aerosols and vapours.
