MESDA is presenting three mobile processing plants for the European market at this year's bauma: the F12E horizontal impact crusher, the J11H jaw crusher and the full-electric plug-in screening plant S12E. February 2025 - MESDA is presenting three track-mounted processing plants for the European market at this year's bauma: the F12E horizontal impact crusher, the J11H ES jaw crusher and the S12E horizontal screening plant. As high-end solutions, the plants combine performance with high energy efficiency and optimized transportability. They are optimally designed to meet the requirements of quarries, the recycling industry and medium-sized mines.

Premiere in Munich: MESDA Germany will be presenting three exhibits for the first time at the bauma trade fair stand of Asian market leader Guangxi MESDA Group Co. Ltd. “Our aim is to provide our customers with solutions that give them a real competitive advantage,” says MESDA Germany Managing Director Enrico Kallmeyer. “With our hybrid and all-electric systems, we offer climate-friendly solutions that not only lower operating costs, but also significantly reduce the carbon footprint.”

F12E: Performance and economic efficiency combined

With the F12E horizontal impact crusher, MESDA presents a solution that is not only characterized by high performance, but also flexibly meets the needs of users - whether in quarries, in the recycling industry or in medium-sized raw material operations.

The 18-tonne MESDA I260 crusher chamber is the heart of the model and ensures maximum reduction capacity. In combination with the active double-deck pre-screen, which screens out the largest possible proportion of fine material before the crushing process, the new MESDA plant enables clean and cost-saving processing. The four-bar rotor clearly sets the F12E apart from other machines in its class in terms of crushing performance. This is due to its rotor diameter of 1,250 millimetres, the rotor bar weight of over 400 kilograms per blow bar and the resulting high swing-momentum. "Sustainability has been a key aspect in the industry," explains Kallmeyer. In Munich, MESDA is presenting the all-electric plug-in version of the F12, an almost emission-free solution for natural stone companies, recycling applications and raw material extraction.

J11H: Compact and efficient with a high proportion of fines

The special feature of the jaw crusher J11H is its combination with an active pre-screening machine, which thoroughly removes the fines from frequently contaminated feed materials before the actual crushing process. "In this way, the plant achieves an optimum crushing result. Especially with a high proportion of pre-screen material in the feed material," says Kallmeyer.

In addition to the stepped double-deck pre-screening machine, the MESDA solution impresses with a particularly large crushing jaw opening of 1.160 × 750 millimetres. Thanks to the optimized crushing chamber kinematics, the J11H offers outstanding feed characteristics and above-average reduction capacity. The jaw crusher also scores points with its good road transportability in relation to its size and equipment, which allows the plant to fit into the European clearance gauge and thus save costs on the way to the quarry.

“As a diesel-electric hybrid model, the J11H jaw crusher offers a high degree of flexibility for users, as it can be operated either with electricity or conventionally with a diesel engine,” explains Kallmeyer. In accordance with the Tier V emissions standard, the particularly economical drive meets the high European emission standards.

S12E: Future-oriented screening technology

The mobile high-performance screener S12E is also specially designed to meet the requirements of the European market. For demanding bulk materials such as high-grade chippings or special grain sizes, it ensures optimum processing combined with high performance. With the S12E, users who previously relied on stationary solutions now have a mobile solution with particularly precise quality and high throughput rates. Like all MESDA systems for the European market, the S12E is CE-compliant and certified by TÜV Rheinland. It is optimally integrated into the MESDA system and can be flexibly combined with other machines from the manufacturer.

A special feature of the S12E is its all-electric plug-in operation. Compared to hydraulic systems, the electric drive offers improved efficiency and reduces energy consumption and costs. “In combination with the high performance, these features make the S12E a future-oriented solution in the building materials industry and in mining,” says Kallmeyer.
