The aim of this programme is to promote the self-management and technical training of these strategic partners of HIMOINSA and to guarantee a reduction in the operating and maintenance costs of their fleets.

HIMOINSA has developed a comprehensive programme designed to promote self-service for rental companies and their dealers in Europe, the aim of which is to ensure speedy service, reduce the operating and maintenance costs of these companies and reinforce the training of their technical staff.

The ‘Self Service | Partner Programme’ provides the necessary resources to HIMOINSA's rental companies and dealers that own a fleet of equipment so that they can provide better service to their end customers; “a quick and high-quality response with advice directly from the manufacturer, as and when they need it”, says Jorge Torres, HIMOINSA's After Sales Manager who points out that “this ad-hoc model for this type of companies aims to cover 100% of their needs, reducing the downtime of each unit and consequently the total cost of ownership (TCO) of their fleet”.

  • A speedy service. The rental company conducts the service itself; they don't need to rely on HIMOINSA's service network.

  • Access to our warranty management platforms, both to activate a warranty and to file warranty claims for subsequent reimbursement, and also to request a technical service once a warranty has expired.

In this way, the company is continuing to strengthen its position in the rental sector thanks to its unwavering determination to offer a comprehensive MOBILE POWER product portfolio and to provide its dealers and rental partners with a range of tools that allow them to guarantee their customers both rapid response and high-quality service.

This programme was first unveiled at the 'European Rental Workshop' that HIMOINSA organized last May, which served as a gathering point at which European rental companies were able to analyze the trends of a market in constant evolution. In this context, the electrification of equipment, the use of alternative fuels and digitalization are the company's driving forces on the road to sustainability and zero emissions.

In addition, HIMOINSA continues to develop new products and services for the rental sector and will soon present the first phase of a complete package of ‘diagnostic solutions’ that will allow the technical staff of its dealers and strategic partners, such as rental companies, to access advanced software with which to diagnose the HIMOINSA equipment in their fleets.
