In 2019, dealers dematerialization is in the spotlight!

Dematerialization of invoices : everything is thought to increase the productivity of agricultural machinery dealers.  Electronic Invoicing and Electronic Records Management (ERM) with IRIUM SOFTWARE: 

 IRIUM SOFTWARE will present on SIMA its module for sending electronic invoices, integrated into its management software. This allows to send individual or mass electronic invoices, but also to automatically store them in the correct directory of the ERP. This is called EDM (Electronic Document Management). Thanks to the EDM of IRIUM SOFTWARE, the dealer will be able to quickly and easily find all his invoices and will be able to prove their authenticity, an important advantage especially at the time of a tax audit.

An automatic reconciliation using electronic invoice data added to the dematerialization module:
In the new 2400 version of iEnterprise, the dematerialization module is enriched with an automatic reconciliation feature. The dematerialization module allows the integration of digitalized invoices by an optical character recognition (OCR), in the "accounting Day Book" of iEnterprise. Henceforth, the arrival of the supplier invoice in the "accounting Day Book" permits to launch a new automatic reconciliation function with the supplier receptions and to automatically integrate the invoice into a purchase journal.

This automatic reconciliation of supplier invoices permits, also, to trigger an alert to a manager in case of reconciliation impossibility. It can optionally create a workflow request to handle cases defined as unusual.

The digitization / dematerialization of supplier invoices is a very important factor of productivity gain for the accounting departments of dealers and distributors of agricultural machinery. It allows users to focus on value-added tasks, and let the ERP IRIUM SOFTWARE automatically manage supplier invoices that conform to what has been received. According to a 2014 EY survey, the average cost of managing a paper supplier's invoice for an enterprise is three times more expensive than the management of a digital supplier invoice.

 Dealers and distributors of agricultural machinery will be able to gain even more administrative productivity this year, thanks to these new automatisms.

This application allows technicians in the field to receive their after-sales service assignments on their mobile device (tablet and/or smartphone), to geolocate the intervention place, to access customer and material information, to carry out their intervention reports, to take pictures, to have the client sign directly on the mobile device and to send him the intervention report by email immediately.

This application, constantly evolving according to the needs of our customers, is enriched with a large number of new features to increase the productivity of the dealer after-sales service. For example, it will be easier for the technician to realize and invoice unscheduled works, thanks to the new data entry functionality without Repair Order. For example, the company will be able to improve the management of weekend interventions, or possibly allowing the mechanic more autonomy to carry out unplanned work at the customers premises and improve their satisfaction.

The technician will also be able to visualize the last Repair Orders of the equipment on which he must intervene, to better understand what could have generated the machine failure. In addition, the repair terms and conditions may be integrated into the client's intervention report, in order to reduce any future dispute with customers. Finally, the technician can enter even more detailed information in the application, such as unproductive times, flat-rate times ...
