To save time, dealers need preformatted tables with precalculations, that they just have to customize. This is what IRIUM SOFTWARE offers with its reports catalog iReporting, the result of over 36 years of expertise! This catalog will exploit raw data from the ERP iEnterprise and also from the KPI* module, to offer the distributor, relevant control tables corresponding to its activity. Thus the dealer only has to customize tables according to the needs and the way of working, then click the button "refresh", so that the state is updated. Up to 90% of the work of the dealer is already done!

Beyond the Intermediate Management Balance, already provided by IRIUM SOFTWARE for a long time to its customers, it will now be possible to follow: the old balance customers and suppliers, the business, the result of the after-sales service, the store, the workshop, the evolution of margins, purchases, stock, guarantees refunds, the turnover rate of rented equipment, the rental turnover, the ROI ... but also to exploit the CRM data. 2. Better control the economic health of its concession, with the new iPro sorts & requests (S&R)!

The other major innovation for the iPro software is the design of its sorts & requests (S&R) module.

The S & R module allows users to build queries in iPro without having any computer knowledge. Thus, the user chooses the fields on which he wishes to put conditions, then he selects those for which he wishes to view the results. He launches the request which he can also save in PUBLIC mode (at the disposal of the other users) or in PRIVATE mode, just for himself.

These queries permit to visualize iPro data as exportable lists in MS-EXCEL and to be used then in another software. It is also possible to generate the sending of an automated SMS to warn a customer population (selected by the request!) – about a particular event for example.

Finally, this module allows to visualize information of customers or prospects directly on a map. Want to know last month's catchment area for your branch for the oil filters of your main builder? Complete your query, publish the customer location information on the map and geographically analyze the result!

The module "dashboards in EXCEL" has the function of helping to better assess the organization and performance of a company.

For this, IRIUM proposes to combine the simplicity and calculating strength of Excel ™ with the power of its software. The dashboard module allows to design, modify and check the iPro software data in Excel tables, which will then be able to be diffused periodically or not.  Thanks to this module, Excel users will be able to choose accounting objects from the iPro database (account, balance, tax period, etc ...), and to recover in a pivot table the data to build their management tables. Simple and fast, these tables will refresh in one click.
