Low noise meets zero operating emissions: The new electric pavers from Vögele

Joseph Vögele AG, part of the Wirtgen Group, has introduced its first fully-electric compact paver, the SUPER 1300-5e, alongside two battery-powered models, the MINI 500e and MINI 502e, at the bauma 2025 event. These new pavers focus on zero operating emissions and low noise, making them suitable for urban and sensitive construction environments. The SUPER 1300-5e features a 126 kWh liquid-cooled Li-ion battery and offers pave widths from 1.8m to 4.2m. The MINI models will offer two battery options, with capacities of 15 kWh and 22 kWh, allowing up to two days of use without recharging. CASE IH has launched the 2025 series of Magnum tractors featuring enhancements in power, transmission, hydraulics, and precision technology. The lineup includes models with 390 hp to 435 hp, powered by FPT six-cylinder Stage V engines. Transmission options consist of a 21F/5R PowerDrive full powershift and a CVXDrive, both offering improved safety and maneuverability. Manitowoc launches another big Potain crane from its China factory

Manitowoc has launched the Potain MCR 815 luffing jib crane from its Zhangjiagang, China factory, exemplifying the company's innovation in heavy machinery. Komatsu expands its wheel loader product line with the new WA170M-11

Komatsu has introduced its new wheel loader, the WA170M-11, which complements its wheel loader product line in the 9 to 10 ton segment and was first showcased at bauma 2025 in Hanover. Designed and manufactured in Hanover, the wheel loader is ideal for a wide range of applications, from earthmoving through to machine loading. Equipped with a powerful 96-kW engine that complies with EU Stage V emissions standards, it offers a compact design, easy transportability, and a wide range of customization options through numerous special equipment packages. Zeppelin and Caterpillar showcase first electric crawler excavator at bauma

Zeppelin and Caterpillar presented the Cat 320 Electric, the first fully electric crawler excavator in the 25.6-ton class, at bauma. Based on the diesel-powered Cat 320, the machine features a 750-volt battery with a capacity of 387 kWh, providing up to eight hours of operating time. The electric excavator is particularly suitable for use in quarries and urban construction projects where emissions and noise must be minimized. Innovative technologies, such as 2D machine control and lift and swing limitation, both performance and operational safety are significantly enhanced. The excavator is available for lease/rental, including a full-service contract, to keep maintenance and operating costs low.

New Standards in Track Construction

Zeppelin Baumaschinen GmbH is presenting the new generation of the Cat M323 road-rail excavator at the International Exhibition for Track Technology (iaf) in Münster, Germany, featuring various drive systems, including conventional drive, combined drive, and hydrostatic rail wheel drive. These models are available in different rear-end configurations to meet the diverse requirements of track construction. In addition to the technical innovations, driver comfort and the safety concept have also been significantly enhanced. The high demand at bauma 2025, along with the continued demand for the latest developments in Cat road-rail technology sector demonstrate the success of this expansion of the product range, said Jörg Saake, Sales Manager for Road-Rail Technology at Zeppelin.

Thanks to cathodic dip coating and robust components, the AK 18 offers long service life, and a wide range of services ensures the availability of spare parts.

Demopark: Negri showcases high-quality shredders, shredders, and leaf blowers

The Italian machine manufacturer Negri, known for high-quality biochippers, shredders, and leaf blowers, is presenting its products at Demopark in Eisenach, including the new C17 chipper and the self-propelled R230 shredder. With the market launch of Negri Germany in August 2025, German customers will gain direct access to services and technical advice.
