TRASH-FAN, equipment for continuous cleaning of the machine surface

An important innovation of the BEDNAR MULCHER rotary cutters was introduced this year, involving a TRASH-FAN - equipment for continuous cleaning of the machine surface while working.

The main part of this equipment consists of the ventilator which produces airflow and directs it to high-risk areas on the surface of the rotary cutter using regulation flaps. This equipment makes a significant saving on downtime costs which are connected with the cleaning of the machine, and it also increases work safety. The equipment for continuous cleaning of the rotary cutter surface is placed in the middle of the machine and therefore it has a compact effect both during work and during transport. The drive of the ventilator is powered by the hydraulic motor through a hydraulic circuit.
