The 22nd International Field Robot Event, sponsored by the German Agricultural Society DLG, will take place in Rodano, Italy, from June 9-12, 2025, organized by Politecnico di Milano's Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Laboratory (AirLab). This event will involve 16 international student teams from the Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Tunisia, Turkey, Slovenia, and the United Kingdom. Competitors will use self-designed robots to perform tasks such as autonomous maize field navigation, strawberry bush detection, fruit mapping, and bioluminescent fungi discovery in real-life farming conditions.
