Based on RGB imaging, AiCPlus recognises weeds by shape and contrast, activating individual nozzles via DynamicDosePlus to spray precisely where needed. Czech agtech startup Skymaps has launched Zoneye, an AI-powered weed and crop recognition system integrated into its CultiWise platform. Using drone images, Zoneye identifies 37 weed species and crop plants with centimeter-level accuracy, allowing farmers to create prescription maps for spot spraying and variable rate application.

This enables up to 50% reduction in herbicide use and 20% yield gains by lowering crop stress. Farmers can also train the AI for local conditions, count plants, assess germination, adjust seeding rates, and estimate harvests. Available worldwide to CultiWise subscribers, Zoneye will be showcased at Agritechnica 2025.
